Shipping And Refund Policy

 There is no shipping charge applies on orders placed which are prepaid.

- For all the orders below 999/-, the cash collection charge of may Rs50 may be applied.

All shipments will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days based on your location,
unless otherwise specified on our Website or by our customer service executives.

- On shipping of your order, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number from us.
stating the tracking number and other details.
You can track your order on our website with that tracking number.

- Not with standing anything mentioned in the aforementioned provisions, we do not guarantee that delivery will happen within
any specific timelines, as it is completely dependent on the shipment services.
Sometimes, the delivery may take a longer duration due to:
Bad weather conditions;
Transportation delays;
Political disruptions; or
Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will inform you via email or SMS.

- For all the orders which are made on a cash-on-delivery will be charged an amount of 50/- as a COD charge. The amount will be added at the time of check out on the total bill.

- All the orders which are placed on Cash on delivery requests will be shipped only after receiving confirmation from Your end.
Our Support shall contact you on the registered mobile number or your email within 24 hours of placing the Order
to get your confirmation on the Orders. If there is no response, We shall cancel the request made from your end.
At any time, You may re-order the Products from the Website in accordance with our Terms of Use.

Refund policy

  1. You can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 4 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing with us an email with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember, the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email at chroniclesclothingindia@gmail.com
  2. Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request. 
  3. Customer can return their product within 10 days of delivery. the product should not be used. and all tags should be properly attached.  refund amount for the return will be transferred to your fans army coins. For every return, the reverse pick-up charge will be deducted from the amount and only the remaining will be transferred to fans army coins. you can use these coins to shop for different products.
  4. If you have received damaged product/s, no worries, you can return the product within 3 days after delivery no return will be accepted after passed time in case of wrong/damage products. Once we receive the product the amount will be refunded in your used payment method within 7 working days once the product is picked and received at our warehouse for approval of cancellation with valid reason. If the product item delivered to you was faulty from our end, then we will proceed with the replacement of the product. Refund will be only given when we receive the product on our end and QC verified.
  5. No return, refund and exchange will be accepted for the products purchased with any sale coupon or sale discount.
  6. In case of size issues, your product will be eligible for exchange/replacement with the preferred size. Two-way courier charges (product pickup charges from your doorstep + replaced product delivery charges) will be applied during the exchange process.  For refunds, one way charges will be applied.
  7. Customization:
    -> In case of any size issues in the custom t-shirts, there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end, the customer can proceed the return request.
    -> The shoppers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
    -> The color of the custom t-shirt and custom mobile cover may slightly vary as per the customer's screen resolution.
  8. For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be settled through Chronicles coins.
  9. For many pin codes, we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In case of any defective product, the shipping charges will be bared by the company and if the wrong order placed by the customer, then he/she have to bear the shipping cost.
